savekauai.org is an incredibly good resource on sustainability

Just found it again, today. I've seen it before while researching the topic of sustainability. This site is well organized, easy to access specific topics and scheduled events on Kaua'i.

Learn How to Blog

I'm evaluating a multi-media course on blogging from the folks at Simpleology. For a while, they're letting you snag it for free if you post about it on your blog.

It covers:

  • The best blogging techniques.
  • How to get traffic to your blog.
  • How to turn your blog into money.

I'll let you know what I think once I've had a chance to check it out. Meanwhile, go grab yours while it's still free.

CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) Training

There's still time and openings to join the CERT Trainings. There are two locations for Kaua'i, 1.) in Walua at Smith's Luau Hale on Thursday evenings and 2.) in Lihu'e at Chiefess Kamakahelei Middle School on Tuesday evenings. Classes are held from 5:30 to 9:30 P.M.

Call to register or for further information on these or future classes:
